Sarah is a Senior Associate of O’Sullivan Davies practising in all aspects of Family Law.
Sarah has experience in a range of parenting and financial matters and regularly deals in complex cases including:
· Matters with an international aspect, including working with clients who live overseas;
· Complex parenting matters involving allegations of family violence or abuse, including working with clients to navigate the legal processes involved in both Family Law and Restraining Order proceedings;
· Complex financial matters involving trust and corporate structures, including matters where there are inter-generational aspects to financial arrangements;
· Child support and spousal maintenance matters, including, where appropriate, the drafting of Binding and Limited Child Support Agreements.
Sarah regularly appears at the Family Court of Western Australia.
Sarah graduated with Honours from the School of Law at the University of Notre Dame and has worked with O’Sullivan Davies since 2013.
Prior to commencing at the firm, Sarah gained experience in both academic and practice-based roles, working in law firms, as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame and later as Legal Associate at the Family Court of Western Australia, spending 12 months assisting a judge in numerous complex trials.
Sarah is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia, the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators and is a committee member of Women Lawyers of Western Australia, where she acts as Membership Officer and chairs the Newsletter and Communications Committee.
Sarah has also enjoyed volunteering with the Law Society as a law student mentor and coach to a high school Mock Trials team.
